The skin has a natural presence of bacteria. A high level of bacteria as well as their total absence creates various problems(allergies, odor, disease, etc.). Q-SKIN fabric is not a bactericide but effectively limits excessive bacterial growth.

Odor control: normally healthy microbes from the skin are transferred to the fabrics. With normal nylon fibers, these bacteria can proliferate and grow very quickly, leaving a bad odor even on insoles and insoles. The Q-SKIN with which only ADEGUA Plantar Savers are made, with its characteristic micro silver particles, limits the growth of bacteria so that they do not grow in fabrics, reducing unpleasant odors.

Permanent effect: the Q-SKIN yarn of the ADEGUA Plantar Saver, thanks to the antimicrobial agents in the polymer matrix, has a permanent effect (bacteriostatic effect after more than 100 washes).
