Self-adhesive and flexible gel dots that can be used to reduce abrasion, friction and pressure inside footwear, casts, braces. The self-adhesive part allows each dot to adhere to most materials. Can be used as a protective pad to protect prominent bones.

Instructions for Use:
Apply the dot directly on the point where the pressure or friction occurs. Apply the product on the affected part in contact with the skin. Remove the product for at least 3 or 4 hours a day to allow the skin to transpire.
Recommendations for product maintenance:
It is recommended to wash the product by hand with mild soap and rinse well, let it air dry away from heat sources, do not use disinfectants. Apply some powder to the gel if it becomes sticky. Lastly, reapply the protective film before putting the product back into the package.
